Featuring incredible food, live performances, heart-warming stories and local and international celebrity guests, broadcast at 06:00 – 09:00 weekday mornings on S3.
AFTERNOON EXPRESS
Afternoon Expressis sophisticated and insightful variety talk show that address essential topics around mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, encouraging viewers to live life to their fullest potential. The show is hosted by the dynamic Palesa Tembe (Presenter Search on 3 winner in 2018) and Boitumelo Mogoai (Tumi) who joined as the resident chef after winning The Taste Master SA in 2019. Tuesdays and Thursdays at afternoon at 17:00, repeated Saturdays from 08:30 on S3.
THE TASTE MASTER SA
The Taste Master SA is a SAFTA award-winning reality cooking show. During each 13 part season South Africa’s hottest culinary talent are put to the test with a series of challenging tasks which tested their skills as they battled it out in the hopes of becoming the next big baking sensation.

MY DESIGN RULES
In this 13 week reality series four design teams will be given the challenge of transforming an apartment, room by room under the expert guidance of a seasoned mentor. Each room transformation will be judged and the team that adds the most value and style overall to their apartment will win R300 000 cash with an additional R100 000 cash up for grabs for the team voted by the viewers as their favourite.
